The Phantom 3 Standard is now available under $500! This is incredible value for a such a capable drone, and highly recommended so long as you don’t need 4K resolution, and can live with the 3281 feet range.

If money is no object, I would certainly recommend the new drones, but if you have a budget like most of us, the Phantom 3 may be the right device. Aside from some obstacle avoidance sensors, a few autonomous flight modes and some battery life, the camera is the only real inferior aspect of the Phantom 3.
Is the DJI Phantom 3 standard discontinued?
DJI have now discontinued support and the production of parts for the Phantom 3 Standard models. Unfortunately this means that we are no longer able to repair any drones from the Phantom 3 Standard series.
