How do you Unflood a 13B?
Here was my deflooding procedure in case anyone is wondering…
- pull plugs and disconnect fuel pump plug.
- Crank engine with accelerator at WOT for about 10 seconds then stop, do this 3 times.
- pour ATF into trailing plug holes and hand rotate engine 3 times, repeat.
- reinstall plugs.

This is going to allow the rotors to push the excess fuel out of the motor and clean everything out. after 10 seconds of trying to start, let the motor rest for about 15-20 seconds.
