Every 3 minutes or so, the Wolf will run over there (you’ll hear her crying first). Use your Night Vision goggles to see her better then, and simply fire at her head when it pops up. If you time it right, you can shoot her up to 3 times, before she runs away. After 3 minutes, she’ll be back again.
