How do I activate my UW ORCA card?
To activate your U-PASS, you must tap it on an ORCA card reader within 60 days of issuance. ORCA card readers are found at the front of buses or mounted on a wall or pole at Link, Sounder or Swift stations. At RapidRide stations you have the option to tap on the ORCA reader at the station or on the bus as you enter.
How do I find my UW Madison student ID number?
Your campus ID number was sent to you with your application acknowledgement email. It will likely begin with a 908. If you cannot find your campus ID number, send an email to [email protected] or call our office at 608-262-3961 and we will resend your acknowledgement email to you.
How do I get a new northeastern ID?
Online students may request a card by emailing [email protected] from their Northeastern University email account. A non-expired government issued photo ID, such as a license or passport, must be presented to receive a Husky Card. Students may upload their photo using the myNEU portal.

How do I find MyUW Madison PIN number?
Navigate to myinfo.wisc.edu in a web browser. Click “Forgot Campus ID or Pin?”. Click the box to the left of “I agree to the terms above”. Enter your name and personal identification data as it appears on UW-Madison’s records.
